Once your client has reached out to us, we schedule an in-home consultation with a one-hour arrival window. During the initial consultation, we work in collaboration to create the perfect solution for the home based on our expertise and your client’s design preference. At the end of the consultation, the client will be provided a budget number. Our price is our price – no hidden fees, guaranteed.
Once the product is in our hands, the client will receive a call to schedule the installation. For most of what we do, that process takes about a month. On installation day, our crew will handle everything from the removal of old window treatments to cleaning up their work area, we call it our White Glove Service.
