If you don’t want to go quite that large, 3 1/2-inch shutters are still beloved. This size is easy to make modern or more traditional depending on your other design choices. It’s a one-size-fits-all option.

The 2 1/2-inch louvers are the smallest option and provide a colonial look to your home. This option might be a good choice for a small window but is not optimal for larger openings. This is generally the louver size people tend to think of when they refer to “being shuttered in”.

Divider Rails

Our Divider Rail is a fixed barrier that separates the top and bottom of the panel, offering maximum seclusion while still allowing light to enter the room. It makes large shutters more sturdy and secure.

 

Split Tilt

This option allows for two parts of a shutter to be opened and closed without any disruption from a middle louver. It won’t add any extra strength, but it also won’t block the view from the window. This is an ideal choice for windows that lack a window lock.

 

No Divider Rail

With no divider rail, the entire panel of a shutter will move as one. It won’t allow you to control your privacy and light intake in the same way but can be a good option if you want a more uniform look on your shutter.

Step 2: Wait for our call to get your window fashions installed

As soon as we get the products in our hands, you will receive our call to schedule the installation.
